At the time of checking out, you can select the shipping company up to your discretion and pay the international shipping fee along with the total amount of your order together.
You will be able to check the international shipping cost by the estimated weight of each product you added to the shopping cart before placing the order.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable because of characteristic itself.
- Kpop Items
Most of KPOP items are pre-order items. Customer can order items during pre-order period. After pre-order period ended, shop will begin to produce items according to order list. If you cancel items during producing period, shop will be unable to sell it to anyone one else because order period ended.
- Handmade & Customizable Items
Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. Include customizable shoes, clothes, jewelries and watches, ect.
- Accessories and Small Items
Products like jewelry, small accessories, piercings, and hair accessories cannot be returned after delivery, regardless of the purchase amount.
Once these items are worn, they are non-returnable, and opened products are also ineligible for return. This is due to the inability to resell worn items to other customers.
However, we do accept claims for defective products or other issues.
- Underwear
Underwear, homeware, sock, legggings, stockings are non-refundable after delivered. Please understand, they are unable to be sold to anyone else after trying on by someone.
- Imported items
Imported items are non-refundable after payment completed. After checked your order, seller will pay for the items as well as international shipping fee to import them from other countries. So, non-refundable or high cancellation fee will be charged for these imported items.
- Electronic products
Electronic products are non-refundable after opening the package according to characteristic of electronic products.
- Stated Non-Refundable on Detail Page
For some items, sellers have indicated non-refundable on the product details page or on the option field to notify customers. The words on the product details page or option field might be in English or Korean, e.g. 교환반품 불가, 환불불가, etc. In this case, items are non-refundable according to sellers' policy.
- Exceed 7 days of receipt of shipment
If exceed 7 days of receipt of shipment, raising a case will be impossible. If you need to raise a case about return, damaged, wrong items shipped, etc, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Fee

What is the cancellation fee?
If seller has shipped items to OKVIT center before the cancellation request submitted, customer should afford the losses of Korea domestic shipping fee, which is caused by cancellation according to customer's request. It is the cancellation fee.
How to calculate cancellation fee?
Cancellation fee is KRW 5000 or 6000 (about $5 to $6.50) for each shop.
(One shop $5, two shop $10, three shops $15...)
How does cancellation fee charged?
Cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
If seller didn't ship your items at the time they got noticed on the cancellation, you will get full refund.
Cancellation fee can be charged in following cases:
1) Customer requests to cancel orders or items before getting into international shipping process, but items has been shipped to OKVIT center by seller.
2) If you requested a return after received your parcel, cancellation fee will be deducted from refund.

Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel the items or orders that haven't entered the international shipping process. Please contact our Customer Support Team via Q&A board for submitting a cancellation request.
If you include the information below, it will be helpful for us to provide a faster service.
1) Order number
2) Name of the item which you wish to cancel
3) The reason for submitting a cancellation request
* If you state the reason of cancellation or the problem, Customer Support Team may be available to give you a better suggestion or solution to solve the problem.
When the cancellation process has completed, we will send an email notification to you.
Notice:
1. OKVIT Customer Service will submit your cancellation request in 1~2 business days.
* OKVIT working time is from 10:00 am to 17:00 pm (Korea Time). Day off on Sat, Sun, Public holiday of Korea.
2. Please give sellers 2~3 business days to process cancellation after request submitted.
3. If the seller has shipped your items, cancellation fee will be deducted form your refund.

When can I get a refund?

It will take 2~3 weeks to get a refund after cancellation completed on our side.
* Please note that refund company shows as KG_INICIS on your card bill, instead of OKVIT.
* Refund is processed by each seller. If you ordered from 2 sellers and requested to cancel the entire order, you wil get refund by twice separately.

Cancellation without Customer's Consent

Most sellers make a production request to the manufacturer after receiving the customer's order.
In case of product is no longer available for production(i.e. inventory backorder, etc.) when they placed an order to the manufacturer, the seller may cancel the item due to those circumstances.
In this case, OKVIT will notify you via email stating, due to an out-of-stock condition your item was canceled(=refunded).

About Refunds

▶ Credit card & Union pay refunds process
You will receive refund in 14~30 days after cancellation day.
Amount will be refunded to the payment method you used when order items.
Refund to other card, or left it as a point is not available.
Ⓐ If order payment has deducted from your card, refund will show on the bill of the next month.
Ⓑ If refund is processed by twice, you may receive it separately. In addition, some times, one refund will show on the bill of this month, other one will show on the bill of next month. It depends on the cancellation day.
Ⓒ On your bill, you will see ""KG_INICIS"" made a refund to you, not OKVIT.
ⓓ Since KRW is the base currency on OKVIT, how much you will receive is based on the exchange rate.
▶ Alipay(支付宝) refunds process
Ⓐ If you used credit or debit card linking with your Alipay, the refund will be back to that card. Depends on your card issuer, it may takes up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your card statement.
Ⓑ If you paid using your Alipay balance, the refund will be back to your Alipay account.
Ⓒ If you paid using both card and your Alipay balance, the amount paid with the card is refunded to that card. The remaining amount will be refunded to your Alipay account.

What do I do if the payment amount deducted is incorrect?

OKVIT service is based on KRW.
To make it easier for our global customers living abroad to understand, we have converted the product prices in Korean Won into dollars and yen.
Upon transaction approval of your credit card company, the final payment amount may differ by the exchange rate applied by your bank or credit card company in accordance with the card type that you carry.
Moreover, service charges such as card fees and currency exchange fees may be charged together or separately depends on your card type and your bank or credit card company.
Furthermore, the final charge may different due to the time difference in the currency exchange rates between the time of placing an order and the time of the payment approval by your credit card company.

Why did my payment fail?

If your payment for an order was unsuccessful, it may due to following reasons:
The card number was invalid, insufficient funds, limit exceeded, verification unsuccessful.
Please make sure it.
Or, try again via Chrome or Explorer.
Also please note that when the payment is failed, try it again later (in case you trying to make payment in short, it will be denied for your safety.)

Forgot to Use Discount Code

The coupon code can only be applied before you place an order.
You must cancel the original order and reorder it in order to apply the coupon code.
However, in order to request a cancellation, your order must NOT have included the non-refundable items, and the seller must NOT have shipped your package as well.
Please be noted, a cancellation fee will incur in case the seller already shipped out your package. (you can refer to the Cancellation Fee section)
