Can you separately ship the items that came first?

OKVIT processes international shipments in units of purchase orders generated when checking out.
One order must be sent in one box, and only one invoice number can be registered per parcel.
Therefore, separate delivery of goods that arrive earlier in advance is not possible under our operating principles.
In addition, the delivery period differs depending on each store, and it may take some time before the international shipping begins.

Why did not I receive the full shipment?

If some of the products you ordered are missing:
1) Some packages are shipped by multi-boxes. One box may be delivered first, and other one may be delivered later. Please check your shipping sheet to find whether it is shipped by multi-boxes.
2) Inspect the packaging box and find whether there is any damage on it. If so, please check whether product is possible to leak out from the damage part. Take a picture on the damage part and send it to us with your order number and item's name.
3) If package box is in good condition, but some of products are missing, please contact us with your order number and item's name right away. (You can register within 7 days of receipt.)

Items not available to be shipped by air

We use airway to ship order to your place.
But some of the items are unable to be shipped by air.
We suggest you don't order these items.
If ordered, we will cancel them when it arrives at OKVIT center.
1) Battery and products with battery inside
2) Cutters, such as knife, chopper, etc
3) Frozen food
4) Fragile products
5) Fresh food
6) Mist or spray
7) Alcohol and products contains alcohol
8) Meat and meat product
9) Inflammable and explosives
10) Perfume or products contains perfume

Removing the battery, which is a part of the product, is not available to process. It is because remove the battery need to tear the package. But this operation may led to unrecoverable damage to the product.

Order status stays in Delivered to OKVIT warehouse and not update for a long time.

You can order various items from different sellers and get them altogether by once to save the international shipping fee.
But the process make it come true is as below >>
1) Customer order various of items from different sellers.
2) All sellers ship items to OKVIT center.
3) Items get packaged and shipped to you from OKVIT center.
You ordered items from different sellers. Some sellers may ship items to OKVIT center right after you purchased order, but some may need some more time to order items from manufacture.
But shipping status on My order page will change to "Delivered to OKVIT center" at the time first item arrives.
If your order status stays in "Delivered to OKVIT center" for a long time, it means some items are delivered to OKVIT center, but some are not.
You can contact with OKVIT CS Team to know which item is delayed from seller and when they estimate to ship delayed items.

Where can you find the tracking number and how to track it?

[PC version]
Visit the My Orders page and find "My Orders".
Clicking on the 'order details' button will take you to the details page.
Click the tracking number to track your parcel.
[Mobile & App Version]
You can find the tracking number on the "My Orders" page on Mobile version and APP.
Click the + button to see the Tracking Order button.
Click the Tracking Order button to check the tracking number of the ordered product.

Generally, tracking number is not available right after it shows on my page. Please track it 2 business days later(exclude weekends and holiday.)

What should I do when shipping delay?

Seven or more days passed, but items haven't been shipped by seller
Seller will prepare all items you ordered and ship them together to OKVIT center.
But in case one or two items you ordered are out of stock and seller need to order them from manufacture, entire order will be delayed.
You can contact OKVIT CS Team to check which item is delayed and when seller estimate to ship them.
In addition, after get feedback from OKVIT CS Team, you can decide whether cancel the delayed item to let remaining items shipped quickly.

How to change shipping information?

Before the international shipping starts, a request to change shipping information can be accepted. To change your shipping information, please contact the customer service center(via Q&A) with the required documents below.
Required Documents:
1) Order Number (e.g. K210*******)
2) New Address Information:
*2-1) Name of Recipient
*2-2) Phone Number of Recipient
*2-3) New Address
3) Reason for change of address
4) Proof of Identification:
*4-1) Government Issued ID or Passport, please choose one(1)
5) Proof of Payment
*5-1) Credit Card Copy and/or Proof of Withdrawal Transaction History(a captured image of bank's withdrawal notification alert via text message, website, email, etc.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: When submitting documents, please hide the confidential info other than required for Identity and Payment verification purposes. (*confidential info: passport number, etc.)
The OKVIT operation team will review the submitted document and will assist you with the address change.
Caution:
- If you do not submit proof documents, the OKVIT operation team may request you to provide evidence, if you do not reply within 5 days from the date of request, your order will be canceled.
- Changing to a different ship-to 'Country' is not possible.
- For orders that have started the international delivery, the address change requests cannot be accepted.

Global Shipping Times

When you get tracking number, it means that your order has been shipped out from OKVIT center. From then on, delivery estimates is based on your location and shipping speed.
Selectable courier companies and estimated delivery times can be found during the checkout stage, so please find more info from the checkout page.

General Shipping Times

OKVIT is an online open market located in Korea. And, all products are sold by individual sellers in Korea as well.
We have more than 2,000 registered brands and therefore you can enjoy the benefit of purchasing all different brands' items all at once from our website without searching through the internet from store to store.
Most of the products are sold directly at official Korean shopping malls as well.
Our delivery process is as follows,
Step 1) Order Successfully Placed
Step 2) The seller starts preparing the item and ships it to the OKVIT Fulfillment Center.
Step 3) Wait for all items to arrive at the OKVIT Fulfillment Center.
Step 4) Picking, Packing, Shipping at OKVIT Fulfillment Center.
Please be noted:
1) During step 2 above, your product(s) may cancel due to out of stock.
2) In case, you have ordered 3 items from 3 different sellers(=brands), and 1 of them shipped but 2 are not, your order will remain in step 3.
3) When your order is shipped out from our fulfillment center, you can check the tracking number from 'My Order' page of your OKVIT account.

Brazil Tax ID confirmation

Due to Brazil customs policy, every Brazil delivery needs needs a TAX ID, otherwise parcels will be returned back to sender.
Format of Tax ID:
Example) If the recipient is an individual: CPF (12345678 / 1234-12)
If the recipient is a company: CNPJ (12345678 / 1234-12)
If a foreigner, passport number will be the Tax ID
Where to enter Tax ID?
Please enter Tax ID into detail address.
ex) street 103 apt 203 (CPF:12345678 / 1234-12)
If you forgot to add Tax ID into detail address, please contact OKVIT cs team to add it right after realized this problem.

[Taiwan Customs Notice] RE: Real-Name Verification

In order to send a parcel to Taiwan, the recipient must complete the real-name verification from the EZ Way APP (易利委 APP) operated by the Taiwan Customs Service.
Real-Name Verification Method:
- Download the EZ Way APP (易利委 APP) to your mobile phone
- Proceed with the Identity Authentication process after entering personal information such as your name and mobile phone number
- The recipient's name and mobile phone number entered in OKVIT's order information must be the same as the information verified from the EZ Way APP (易利委 APP).
* If you are a foreigner residing in Taiwan, please write your passport number in the recipient's name section. Example) Recipient: Jane Doe 123456789

Who will take responsibility for the tariff?

The recipient of the international shipment is considered as an importer and will be responsible for import duties, customs fees, and service charges.
Since customs policies are different for each country, please check with the customs policies of your country before placing an order.
Once again, the product price displayed on OKVIT is the price without customs duties.

How much should I pay for tariff?

Different tariffs are applied on different products by different countries.
Duty rates are varying from 0% to 50%.
In addition, there may be a tax-free limit. But every country is different. We suggest you know about it in advance.
(Fees generally apply to inspections performed by the department.
Some goods will be randomly selected for inspection by the department, as part of the cargo compliance verification scheme.)

If tariff is charged, where can I pay for it?

Please note that after the delivery starts it may be collected by the shipping company on your behalf or may require your online or offline payment by the Customs Service.
You may receive a text message or a call through the recipient's contact information inputted when the order was made. Post mails may be sent to the recipient's address from the shipping company or etc.
