In order to provide better service to our customers, the shipping policy has been reorganized.

These are the differences after the changes take effect. 

The international shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will be required to pay only once at the time of checking out since the international shipping charge and the order total will be displayed together at the time of checking out.

By calculating the shipping cost according to the expected weight of the product, you can pay all at once in advance.

You can select the shipping company you want and place an order.  The OKVIT fulfillment center will ship your order via the shipping company of your own choice.

○ No need to worry about additional shipping charge anymore

When ordering KPOP and LIFE category products, the OKVIT Fulfillment Center was previously packed and measured the weight of the package then charge for the additional shipping charge. But now, you pay for the order and the shipping cost according to the estimated weight, together at the time of checking out, so there's no additional shipping fee to pay after placing the order.

○ We will provide you with a reasonable shipping cost table.

You can compare the shipping costs of multiple carriers and choose the cheapest shipping company that you want.

○ You can now check the estimated delivery time.

The carriers have different delivery speeds. If you want fast delivery, please check the delivery speed of each carrier and choose.

3. Caution (Re: Estimated weight & Shipping fee discrepancy)

The estimated weight may be different from the actual product weight as it is calculated weight given by the seller or the average weight of the product of a similar type. 

If the actual weight is greater than the estimated weight that you paid at the time of checking out, you will NOT be asked to pay for the additional shipping charges. However, if the actual weight is less than the estimated weight you were charged when placing the order, prepaid shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

We are informing you of the suspension of shipping GripTok items to Japan, which took effect on April 7, 2021.

○ Reason

Griptok, a fixing tool used for smartphones, tablet PCs, etc., has been identified by the Japanese Customs Officials as a product with a patent registered, and therefore, they have made a notice of the prohibition of importing/receiving the Griptok into Japan.

○ Details of the suspension of shipping GripTok to Japan

  - Applicable Item: Only GripTok products

  - Effective date: Applied from April 7, 2021(Wed)

[Information regarding the U.K. deliveries due to the new tariff regime, 'UKGT', the effective date as of 01/01/2021]​

OKVIT Customer,

Please be informed that our delivery policy for the U.K. shipping address has temporarily changed after the UKGT took effect on January 1, 2021.

Due to the influence of post-Brexit, the UK Global Tariff (UKGT) could actually be subject to higher tariffs to the senders. Therefore, a higher rate of VAT will be incurred to us unlike before, as a result, we have come to a decision where we temporarily restrict the deliveries to the U.K. territory.

For the customers who have already made an order (up to 02/23/2021) are not applicable for this change, therefore please do not worry. 

However, the effective date for this new policy is for the new orders made after 02/23/2021. 

We've tried our best to bypass this situation, but unfortunately, we concluded that it will be difficult for the time being.
